Crockpot Breakfast
Vegetarian
Ingredients

2 apples, peeled and chopped

3/4 cup oat flakes (use quinoa flakes to make it gluten free)

1 tbsp oat bran

1/4 tsp ginger
-
1/2 tsp cinamon
-
Dash of allspice
-
3 tbsp sugar or other sweetener
-
1 tbsp margarine or oil
-
1/2 cup water
Instructions

Put all ingredients in crockpot, and cook on low for 7 - 9 hours.

Serve, topped with soy milk or rice milk.
