Broccoli Soup with Rosemary
Serves 1
Contains Dairy, Nuts (optional)
Vegetarian if Vegetable stock cube used
Ingredients
- 2 small broccolis 300 ml chicken stock 1 cup of cream 1 tablespoon of fresh finely chopped rosemary salt
- 1 tbsp almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Steam or boil the broccoli.
- Mix them with the stock and cream and bring to a slow simmer.
- Add salt, rosemary and you can add fried/toasted almonds.
- Blitz in the food processor, be careful of the steam.
- Serve.
