Carrot Soup with Coriander and Raisins
Serves 1
Contains Dairy
Vegetarian if Vegetable stock cube used
Instructions

Clean the carrots and slice them. Steam or boil them.

Mix the cooled carrots, the stock and the cream in a food processor.

Blitz until smooth.

Add some salt and pepper and the coriander and the raisins.

Heat and serve.
