Ham-Potato Bake


Serves 4
Contains Dairy, Gluten

    Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped ham
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp instant minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sharp American cheese, shredded/grated
  • 4 cups potatoes, cooked and finely diced
  • 1 cup carrots, finely shredded
  • 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

    Instructions

  1. Combine ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, minced onion, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese, mixing well.

  2. Layer potatoes, carrots and ham mixture in 2 quart baking dish.

  3. Mix bread crumbs, remaining 1/2 cup cheese and butter and sprinkle over mixture.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
