Pears with Chocolate Orange Sauce and Ice-cream
Quick, easy and delicious! This recipe is very adaptable, you can use any fruit, chocolate bar or ice cream to add variety.

4 Pears, fresh or tinned

1 bar Chocolate Orange, or chocolate bar of your choice

Vanilla ice-cream
- Peel the pears if fresh, then slice or blend in a food processor
- Break the chocolate pieces up and place in a microwave proof bow. Heat for a minute, taking out to stir occassionally, until melted.
- Place the pear in a bowl, add a scoop of ice cream and then pour over the sauce.
