Crockpot Tofu Stew for Noodles
Vegetarian
Ingredients

1 tsp onion powder
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 can mixed vegetables, drained (reserve liquid)

1 small can green peas, drained (reserve liquid)

2 cups vegetable broth
-
Water
-
1/4 tsp sugar
-
1/8 tsp turmeric
-
1/2 lb Tofu, cubed
Instructions

Measure canned vegetable liquid, and add water to make 1 & 1/2 cups.

Put all ingredients except Tofu into crockpot.

Cover, and cook on low 7 - 10 hours.

Add Tofu. Heat until hot.

Serve over soft-cooked noodles.
