Bananas with Ice-cream & Chocolate Topping

This is a fast and delicious dessert. During the summer it can be done on the Barbecue and enjoyed by everyone!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients
• 4 bananas vanilla ice-cream
• 1 crunchie bar, chocolate buttons or marshmallows

Instructions
1. Make a small split in the skin of each banana, place under the grill or onto the barbecue and cook, turning regularly until the skin has blackened.
   
2. Carefully split open the skin, top with a scoop of ice-cream and sprinkle with either crushed Crunchie, chocolate buttons or cut up marshmallows.
