Ingredients
- 2-3 middle size carrots
- 300 ml hot chicken stock (can be made from stock cube)
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and ground pepper
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp of raisins
Instructions
- Clean the carrots and slice them. Steam or boil them.
- Mix the cooled carrots, the stock and the cream.
- Blitz with a stick blender or in the food processor but be careful of the steam.
- Add some salt and pepper and the coriander and the raisins.
- Heat and serve.
