Crockpot Breakfast

Vegetarian
Ingredients
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup oat flakes (use quinoa flakes to make it gluten free)
  • 1 tbsp oat bran
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinamon
  • Dash of allspice
  • 3 tbsp sugar or other sweetener
  • 1 tbsp margarine or oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in crockpot, and cook on low for 7 - 9 hours.
  2. Serve, topped with soy milk or rice milk.
