Crockpot Tofu Stew with Noodles

Vegetarian
    Ingredients
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 1 small can green peas, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Water
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 lb Tofu, cubed
  • Noodles, to serve

    Instructions
  1. Measure canned vegetable liquid, and add water to make 1 & 1/2 cups.

  2. Put all ingredients except Tofu into crockpot.

  3. Stir to mix.

  4. Cover, and cook on low 7 - 10 hours.

  5. Add Tofu. Heat until hot.

  6. Serve over soft-cooked noodles.
