Crockpot Tofu Stew with Noodles

- Ingredients
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 small can green peas, drained (reserve liquid)
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Water
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 lb Tofu, cubed
- Noodles, to serve
- Instructions
- Measure canned vegetable liquid, and add water to make 1 & 1/2 cups.
- Put all ingredients except Tofu into crockpot.
- Stir to mix.
- Cover, and cook on low 7 - 10 hours.
- Add Tofu. Heat until hot.
- Serve over soft-cooked noodles.
