- Ingredients
- 75 g (3oz) plain chocolate
- 25 g (1oz) butter
- 3 eggs – separated
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) warm water
- 75 ml (3 floz) fresh double cream
- Instructions
- Break up chocolate and put in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
- Add butter and leave until melted, stirring occasionally.
- Beat in egg yolks until smooth, remove pan from heat and stir in warm water.
- 4. Beat the egg whites to a stiff texture and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
- Spoon into dishes and chill. Serve.
