Seafood Casserole

- Ingredients
- 4 ounce small shrimp, drained, finely chopped
- 6 1/2 ounce can crab meat, finely flaked
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup herb stuffing mix
- Instructions
- Combine first nine ingredients and 3/4 cup stuffing mix in a bowl, mixing well.
- Spoon into buttered baking dish.
- Top with remaining stuffing mix.
- Bake at 350°C for 30 minutes.
