Sweet and Sour Chicken

- Ingredients
- 500 g chicken, mince
- 1 tbsp oil,
- 570 g jar sweet and sour sauce (other flavours can be used)
- Instructions
- Fry chicken mince in oil for approximately 5-10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add the jar of sweet and sour sauce and mix well.
- Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Cool, blend together in a food processor until desired consistency.
- Reheat and serve with rice.
