Tuna in Tomato with Garlic

- Ingredients
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 200 g canned tuna, drained
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- Instructions
- Place onion and oil in pan over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until onion is soft.
- Add tomato puree and garlic.
- Mix in tuna and season with oregano. Cook over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Cool, then blend sauce in food processor until desired consistency.
- Reheat to serve.
